Drill Rigs

Our Drilling Rigs currently consist of 3 Diamond Rigs and One RC Explorac Rig together with support equipment and vehicles necessary to complete any aspect of our drilling operations.

We have 2 RC Rigs - the first an E220 on tracks with an auxiliary Booster and Compressor Unit mounted on a support vehicle and the second a Prospector 2000 RC Rig on tracks.

Diamond Drill Rigs:

We currently have 2 CS1000 Atlas Copco Diamond Drill Rigs that first became operational in May 2008. These rigs are capable of being transported by helicopter and/or towed behind a vehicle.

In Liberia we have identified, due to the climatic conditions and terrain that the ability to have the rigs track mounted would be of extreme benefit. As a result we have had tracks designed and specifically manufactured in Australia to enable the CS1000 rigs to be track mounted. This adds another dimension to the capabilities of these rigs enabling them to have easier access to remote locations and the ability to move from hole to hole in wet adverse ground conditions.

RC Rig:

We currently have 1 Atlas Copco RC Rig that first became operational in November 2008. This rig is track mounted, fully automated and is supported by an auxiliary truck mounted Booster/Compressor.

Inventories

We have on site in Liberia sufficient drill rods bits to support our drilling operations and it is our policy to have on hand at all times 6 months supply.

In addition we have drilling muds and consumables to enable 6 months of sustained drilling operations without major replenishment.
